PAINKILLER RECIPE 

Ingredients
1 Pineapple (~4 cups)
1 Cup Orange Juice
1 Cup Coconut Cream
8 oz. Rum
Nutmeg and/or Cinnamon to top

Blend pineapple until pureed and smooth.
Add orange juice and coconut cream. Blend to combine. You can add the rum now, or mix it in right before serving. 
Grate fresh nutmeg or cinnamon on top before serving...add a rum floater if you like it really boozy


The ratio should be 4-1-1-1...4 parts pineapple to 1 part orange juice, 1 part coconut cream, and 1 part rum. The key is using fresh ingredients. These make a great 'mocktail' as well! Pusser's Navy-strength rum and Coco Lopez coconut cream are best in this, but any good rum will do! 

Perfect for pool, beach, or patio sipping over the hot summer days. Put on the summer playlist and grab your drink!
